Abstract
The universe is in a continuous change. A change n gets transformed into a change n+1, the change n+1 into a change n+2 and so on. Clocks measure a numerical order of change. The time obtained by clocks is information about changes. Changes do not occur in time, changes occur in space only. Time is not a part of space, space itself is timeless. For some changes time is zero, they are immediate. In the timeless space there is no past and no future. The only existing physical reality is in the present moment. Past and future belong to the inner time that is a result of neuronal activity of the brain.

Introduction
When the change n+1 enters into existence, the change n does not exist any more. When the change n+2 enters existence, the change n+1 does not exist any more. Clocks measure a numerical order of change that occurs in a timeless space. We experience the change x before the change x+1 and the change x+2 after the change x+1 because we experience a stream of change in a linear concept of the inner time that is based in neuronal activity of the brain. Research done in 2005 shows that consequent experience of changes in a “past-present-future” perspective is a result of neuronal dynamics in certain areas of the brain (1).
The time obtained by clocks is information produced by the man about change in the universe. The universe is timeless in a sense that time is not a part of space in which change occurs. The fundamental arena in which changes occur is the timeless space.
A growing number of modern researchers are challenging the view that space-time is the fundamental arena of the universe. They point out that the mathematical model of space-time does not correspond to the physical reality, and propose a “timeless space” as the arena instead. One recent paper on the subject is: “A New Geometric Framework for the Foundations of Quantum Theory and the Role Played by Gravity:Since quantum theory is inherently blind to the existence of such state-space geometries, the analysis here suggests that attempts to formulate unified theories of physics within a conventional quantum-theoretic framework are misguided, and that a successful quantum theory of gravity should unify the causal non-Euclidean geometry of space time with the atemporal fractal geometry of state space (2).
Another recent paper says: “We illustrate our proposal using a toy model where we show how the Lorentzian signature and Nordstroem gravity (a diffeomorphisms invariant scalar gravity theory) can emerge from a timeless non-dynamical space” (3).
Julian Barbour says in The Nature of Time: “I will not claim that time can be definitely banished from physics; the universe might be infinite, and black holes present some problems for the time picture. Nevertheless, I think it is entirely possible, indeed likely, that time as such plays no role in the universe”(4).
What is meant here is that the time obtained by clocks is information about change in the universe. Time definitely does not play any role in the universe. Time is a scientific tool for measuring numerical order of change.
Ernst Mach said: “It is utterly beyond our power to measure the changes of things by time. Quite the contrary, time is an abstraction, at which we arrive by means of the changes of things”. Mach is right. Time and clocks are man-made inventions. Time is information of measurement, a useful tool that permits us to build mental and mathematical models for our daily lives as well as for our physics and cosmology.
In physics numerical order of change is represented by a straight infinite line composed of real numbers. Since the real numbers are a continuum also changes are a continuum. Transformation of the change n into n+1, n+1 into n+2 is an unbroken continuous process. Number zero represents the present moment, i.e. a timeless space in which we measure changes. Changes that have happened are represented by the real numbers to the left from zero and changes that will happen are represented by real numbers to the right from zero.
As we experience changes through linear concept of inner time we are not aware that changes run in the timeless space only and not in time. Time is merely information about numerical order of changes measured by clocks.

Materials and Methods
We perceive changes that occur in the universe through our eyes. Then the information about the changes is processed by the brain into the inner time, and finally becomes our experience. Between the perception and the experience there is processing through the inner time that creates a distortion of perception. However, once we become aware of the inner time, we can experience changes directly as they occur. This direct experience gives a scientist an objective view of the timeless nature of the physical world.
This direct experience is essential for the further development of physics. The direct experience can be achieved by observing a pendulum. For the first few minutes you will experience the pendulum moving in space and time. After closing your eyes to envisage an image of the pendulum moving in your mind's eye, you become aware of the inner time in which you experience pendulum motion. You experience the change directly as it occurs in space.
An observer is a constituent part of a scientific experiment. In the indirect (temporal) experience the observer is captured within the inner time. In the direct (atemporal) experience the observer is fully aware of the inner time and experiences changes directly as they occur in a timeless space (5, 6).

Discussion
With distinguishing between time obtained by clocks and the inner time, a new interpretation of relativity emerges. The universe is a timeless phenomenon where changes exist “before” and “after” only in a sense of a numerical order. Experimental physics confirms that changes occur in the present moment in the timeless space only and not in space-time that is only a mathematical model. In a faster inertial system that moves in the timeless space the speed of change is slower than in a slower inertial system. With stronger gravity the speed of change is slower than with weaker gravity. The so-called “time-dilatation” means that the speed of change slows down, including the speed of clocks.
Recent research indicates that some change happens in zero time. Timeless quantum communication is a real phenomenon: “We show how continuous-variable systems can allow the direct communication of messages with an acceptable degree of privacy. This is possible by combining a suitable phase-space encoding of the plain message with real-time checks of the quantum communication channel. The resulting protocol works properly when a small amount of noise affects the quantum channel. If this noise is non-tolerable, the protocol stops leaving a limited amount of information to a potential eavesdropper” (7). What is meant here is that information does not move through space-time, but through the timeless space, an immediate medium for identifiable quanta.
The Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) experiment similarly reminds us that physical space is a timeless environment. There is no discernible signal in the form of a photon travelling between A and B. The time of information transfer between A and B is essentially zero. We might infer that A and B are extended entities. The timeless space represents an immediate communication medium between the quanta A and B (.
The timeless physical space as an “immediate information medium” resolves the causality problem of the Fermi two-atom system: “Let A and B be two atoms or, more generally, a ‘source’ and a ‘detector’ separated by some distance R. At t=0 A is in an excited state, B in its ground state, and no photons are present. A theorem is proved that in contrast to Einstein causality and finite signal velocity, the excitation probability of B is non-zero immediately after t=0. Implications are discussed” (9). The excitation probability of B is non-zero because the space in which atoms exist is an “immediate medium of excitation”.
It can be said that certain physical phenomena are timeless, since no measurable time elapses for them to happen. For example in the article entitled Attosecond Ionization and Tunneling Delay Time Measurements in Helium by Eckle et al, a conclusion is drawn that "an electron can tunnel through the potential barrier of a He atom in practically no time" (10).
In similar vein, a recent arxiv paper depicts a system of diagrams to represent various elements of a quantum circuit, in a form which makes no reference to time (11).
Quantum gravity describes space as granular. Space is made out of quanta of space volume of Planck (12).
What is meant here is that the quantum space is an immediate medium for information (I) and energy (E) transfer. At Planck size (IE), transfers are immediate; at photon size, they move at the light speed; at larger scales they move at the speed lower than the light speed.
Gravity is not an energy transfer from an object A to an object B, gravity is a result of dynamics between mass and quantum space. Existence of certain mass in a given volume of space changes the quantum structure of space and this generates gravity. In the General Theory of Relativity structural change of quantum space is described by curvature of space. Quantum space itself is timeless. Gravity is immediate.
Conclusion
In today’s physics the conviction still prevails that time is a part of space and so a fundamental physical reality in which change occurs. Most physicists are still experiencing changes through the linear inner time. They “project” the inner time into the timeless physical reality and so their experience is temporal. Temporal experience is an obstacle for deeper understanding of immediate quantum phenomena for which time is zero. Physicists who know only the temporal experience are convinced that no change can happen in time zero.
Once a physicist is aware of the inner time he experiences changes directly as they occur in space. This atemporal experience confirms that time is not a part of physical world; time obtained by clocks is merely information on changes that occur in the timeless space. Atemporal experience will ensure development of new scientific models that will be closer to the real nature of the universe. It confirms a vision of Einstein and Gödel who considered the universe to be a timeless phenomenon.

TIME IS INFORMATION ABOUT NUMERICAL ORDER OF CHANGE IN SPACE THAT WE OBTAIN WITH CLOCKS
When I run my binary counters to find computer media of the future or the past I am using change + 1, then change + 2 and change + 1 no longer exist till I find the computer media that I am searching for.

Normally when people think of dimensions they think of it as a place. Well that is not entirely correct. Dimensions is something we use to describe our physical reality. We have 1 dimension of length, 1 dimension of width, 1 dimension of hight, and the forth dimension Albert called time. Scientist now say there are many more dimensions needed to describe our physical reality to explain more of what is going on with physics.
Where does information fit in with this? Could information be its own dimension? Well if we are using dimensions to describe our physical reality then information should be its own dimension. Information is described as coordinates within a dimension system but what of unknown information or information that once existed or will exist in the future or the past? Or of information that could exist but for some reason never came into existance. Time along can not explain all of this.
If information did exist as its own dimension it would be a dimension of no physical reality per say excepts in its ability to go into and out of existance in the dimensions we use to describe our own physical reality with.
Before I was born my information did not exist but I say it did exist in another dimension and after I am gone my information will still exist in that other dimension. Why does that information exist in that other dimension? Because all information exist in this 5th dimension of information before it can exist in space-time.
If my software can access that dimension and get that information then that should help to make a case for information having its own dimension. The only thing that changes when information is gone is the information is no longer being directly represented by the dimensions we use to describe our own physical reality with. It will still exist in the dimension of information as possible information but the information in this physical reality has changed to become other information. Changed but not destroyed. As long as energy exist that entropy has not taken over the dimension of information can be used to bring information into this physical reality. Then energy in this physical reality can represent that information.
If we can have a dimension for time then I say there is a dimension for information. It is that dimension that I want my computer software to access and bring into the dimensions that describe our own physical reality. Now if my software can find information that will exist in the future or once existed in the past then that software has become a portal or gate if you will to transmit or transport information through time and space. It has become a time machine that indirectly travels the 4th dimension of time by way of the 5th dimension of information.

Well I wrote a Artificial Intelligent Neural net for running a binary counter and for searching for time travel media. This AI controls the speed of the binary counter and can make the counter run as fast as it needs to go. As it runs the counter it searches for time travel media. As the media comes into focus the AI changes the speed of the counter. I use real world current media to train the AI for what I am looking for. After that I can set the AI off on its own to find time travel media. It is by far my best work on this project. The AI is trained by taking files and turning one file as a binary counter until it matches another file. The AI learns what the file looks like and learns to control the speed of the counter. When the AI learns this it is ready to search for time travel media. My AI takes up many gigs on my heard drive and is slow to run but since it controls the speed of the counter it can find time travel media in a short amount of time. When I put this on a super computer this is gone to run like a scalded dog.
I have three types of counters now.
One counter that runs and goes up in checksum value.
One counter that stays within a checksum range and searches checksums.
One AI counter that both controls the speed of the counter and looks for time travel media at the same time.
Well Now there is nothing for me to do but to go back to running my programs looking for time travel media and to write my paper on time travel which I will submit someday for publication. Of course the last time I said that I embarked on a long upgrade process. Im sure I will constantly be upgrading and researching this but I have my AI counter now. Something I have needed since the very beginning.
My methods for versifying time travel media is one
1. Statistical tree file. Checks for a pattern using root mean squares
and standard deviations.
2. Spell checking
3. Search words
4. Grammer checking.
5. Converting a picture to text with OCR (optical character reconization)
6. AI neural net.
7. Template checking for information falling into a specific format.
I don,t know how much more I will post but here is. This is my time machine on a computer. With this project completed I can search for computer media that can be entertainment, technology, news, computer files, you name it of our current or alternate time-line. Well I will be playing with my new toy for a while and making it better. I am already working on programs that generate scripts from media files. I then run those scripts which run my programs. With this setup I can automate processes and expand my system abilities. So, I hope my post here gave everyone a good understanding how I accomplished time travel with information. I,ve had a few thoughts when it comes to energy concerning time travel. It takes a lot of energy to effect time and my way of doing that would be with emp pulse generators. The amount of power I would get from this would be enormous. Enough power to conduct time travel experiments. But at last the department of energy would come get me if I did this. My first experiment would be with rotating magnetic fields with lights and mirrors and emf to send messages backward and forward in time. Even for just a few milliseconds.
Im going to hold off on my high energy experiments for now. I have a lot to do with my current time travel research. But here is the way I would do it. Your welcome to borrow my plans and try them yourself.
Oh, if you want to launch and electromagnetic rocket Townsend Browns capacitor plans and my emp pulse generator would do the trick. Im not so sure it would not leave earths orbit. Well I have not posted updates of my program in a long time here. I have been putting those in my journal. Also I have not updated nor posted my work on electrical gravity here. Anyone who hangs around here knows where I have posted that stuff. But for today here is a screen shot of my program to find multimedia of the future, past, or alternate time-lines. It is nothing fancy but has been a lot of work. I have created a make file now that takes all my functions from header files and makes those functions available in a menu from the main program. With it I can take all of my work and rotate it around to fit different situations. Write a script to run a project, then execute that script from the main menu. With it I can also do threads and super computer processes or run robot process or even client server processes. The processes are just better faster ways to help get results.
So anyway the user navigates around a menu system to build and set up files and build a script then run it to find time travel media. There are bots and other advance stuff which the user can run first before the script but from there it gets too complicated to explain here. The last menu option I should edit on my program because the user must be on a linux cluster running pvm and mpi to use that option. Here is the screen shot.

I see 1 dimensional objects all together in 1 dimension height, legth and width all together as only 1 dimension because they are all one dimensional. Weoften think it's a higher dimension but then fall back into the zero process of alphabetic information or zombie decoding. We don't often pickup our own coded signatures but rather take them from others. A 2 dimensional item cannot exist or is there such a space. The 3rd is but an illusion that we percieve and breath but truly are under water. The 4th dimension is but another illusion in a cause and effect. In turn I don't know if I'm defining the actual terms of dimension or but something else. In turn higher dimensions can be created and saved or made but the dimension must remain in a non-changed pattern. The illusion is you see a higher dimension but it's only dropped you into the zero effect of shared information ! From zero anything multiplied by it equals zero. If there are 2, 2 dimensionals then it is 2nd dimensional but it is not a solid plain unless 3, 3rds exist.

the thing with information is it is usually based upon a prefix location and time of a place. So as the WTC & 9/11 information other than at 9/11/01 in NYC would not exist in the form of the exact information as it occurs. Nostradamus as his own confusion what was the decipher to his still confusing predictions. If you fold US 20.00 a certain way you are supposed to see the pentagon on fire & "Osama". There is a method to connect with an event by being able to detect it & navigate a large array of a meditative output but when it happens you are completely unaware of what was going to happen. The chemical composition & makeup of this tech was sought and a solution was to fill the void with a never ending code that would be trapped inside of the void that keeps emulating the same code. Then the future could be easily predicted as if being manipulated. Everything has a price, time is one piece of cake even with and especially with time travel, for there is only really one outcome & one real future. The key is to figure out what the future is even as it may be changed 100's or so many times to be the true outcome of everything. The key they are looking for is the end of the world, really as it will really happen and how. There may be a 100 end of the worlds that are changed by time, space or dimension that aren't how the world actually ends. This true end is a source code and can be used by it's encoded coding to power time travel and other unknown forces for us to actually evade not the end of the world which will occur but for us to not be destroyed by it!! To use the power in harness and in use of our technology to give us the boost to create more advanced technology. So when you save the world actually you are doing little to nothing and are an alternate timeline. This is the only way as we will just be stuck in a loop of ever ends of the world. The answer is not to save but to escape. If a tree falls in the forest will it make a sound? This huge diversion of the future being changed by time travelers or psychics or manipulation is the force that changes and destroys the Earth a little each time. So another scenario is that people trying to save the Earth may be the cause of it's destruction, which will destroy the Earth anyway along with everybody on it. The earth will do us in and currently nobody knows how it WILL end. People know how it ends TODAY and be changing it but the world will not have ended because it has been changed. Once the world ends a great power of all it's energy will be set out freely into the universe. Which hopefully will put into a machine to power the technology that will be sent back in time for us to away from whatever happens! People may be talking about you history wise on another planet and how great you were to save the human race!
