This technology has been classified by the USA military but it is so easy to build and there are many ways to build them. One way is with a Adams motor. The motor takes power produce on one coil from one magnet as a generator turns and runs the power thru the FCG to form a magnetic field and compress it then runs the power back into the motor to another coil which pushes or pulls another magnet to keep the motor turning.
Or we can just ones magnets to induce power into the FCG then run some of the output back into the generator to power the computer and the rest of the power out to power other things.
The most common way is with an explosive charge but it is a one use only. The explosion shorts a charged coil from back to front with a metal can and uses the output to power a high energy military application.
